2 / SIGNS NOT REGISTERED FOR PROTECTION OF BRANDS

The following signs (or logos) are not protected as trademarks:

Signs identical or similar to those causing confusion with the national flags and emblems of the countries;
Signs identical with or confusingly similar to symbols, flags, badges, abbreviated names, full names of state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations or political organizations social – professional, social organizations, social – professional organizations of Vietnam and international organizations, if not permitted by such agencies or organizations;
